Shamanic Breathwork® Day

This 6-hour workshop invites participants to experience two Shamanic Breathwork® sessions. In one session, they journey while another participant holds sacred space for them and in the other session, the roles are reversed. Shamanic Breathwork® is a process of activating your own inner shaman through creating a safe container, deep breathing and evocative music. This opens up an inner world to explore archetypes, heal past experiences and integrate previously untapped potential.
